#[non_exhaustive]pub struct Request {
pub room_id: OwnedRoomId,
pub event_type: StateEventType,
pub state_key: String,
pub delay_parameters: DelayParameters,
pub body: Raw<AnyStateEventContent>,
}Expand description
Request type for the delayed_state_event
endpoint.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.room_id: OwnedRoomIdThe room to send the event to.
event_type: StateEventTypeThe type of event to send.
state_key: StringThe state_key for the state to send.
delay_parameters: DelayParametersAdditional parameters to describe sending a delayed event.
Only three combinations for timeout and delay_parent_id are possible.
The enum DelayParameters enforces this.
body: Raw<AnyStateEventContent>The event content to send.
Implementations§
Source§impl Request
impl Request
Sourcepub fn new<T>(
room_id: OwnedRoomId,
state_key: String,
delay_parameters: DelayParameters,
content: &T,
) -> Result<Self>where
T: StateEventContent,
pub fn new<T>(
room_id: OwnedRoomId,
state_key: String,
delay_parameters: DelayParameters,
content: &T,
) -> Result<Self>where
T: StateEventContent,
Creates a new Request with the given room id, state_key delay_parameters and
event content.
§Errors
Since Request stores the request body in serialized form, this function can fail if
Ts ::serde::Serialize implementation can fail.
Sourcepub fn new_raw(
room_id: OwnedRoomId,
state_key: String,
event_type: StateEventType,
delay_parameters: DelayParameters,
body: Raw<AnyStateEventContent>,
) -> Self
pub fn new_raw( room_id: OwnedRoomId, state_key: String, event_type: StateEventType, delay_parameters: DelayParameters, body: Raw<AnyStateEventContent>, ) -> Self
Creates a new Request with the given room id, event type, state key,
delay parameters and raw event content.
